Franchisees are expected to establish their business in their chosen location and form good relationships with students and their parents to ensure positive referrals by word of mouth to aid the growth of their academy.

The FMA Leadership Academy offers a comprehensive training and support package. Franchisees will be provided with training in all aspects of establishing, operating and marketing their business.
