Franchise strengthens management team

Home Instead Senior Care has recruited a Franchisee Support Manager and a Head of Care Services (pictured). Karen Loughnane has been appointed to the role of Head of Care Services and she will work with franchise owners and care managers, as well as establishing good working relationships with key individuals within the Department of Health and Commission for Social Care Inspection.

In the position of Franchisee Support Manager, Bob Boynton will implement new support process while adding value to existing ways of working, in an effort to ensure all new and existing franchise owners are put on the fast track to performance.
