Jan-Pro launches first regional master in London

Commercial cleaning brand Jan-Pro has signed its first regional master franchise owner for the UK. Australian Mark Sinderberry, whose previous roles were as Chief Executive of Australian rugby franchise ACT Brumbies and latterly Saracens rugby club, has taken on the task of developing the USA-originating concept across London.

"I was initially attracted to Jan-Pro due to the fact that I will be a regional master which provides me with the opportunity to assist franchise owners on deciding the investment level that best suits their particular situation," said Mark. "Through the provision of proven systems, support services, and training I can also assist to develop their own successful business. Jan-Pro is new to the UK market and I find the prospect of building the brand here extremely exciting."

With his focus on rolling out Jan-Pro franchises progressively throughout London, Mark has targeted the establishment of 20 franchises in the West London area, which he estimates will create over 100 jobs.

"I take great comfort in the fact that the information and systems are of the highest quality and that customers will be provided with a dedicated and motivated group of franchisees," he continued. "In the next five years I hope that the business will spread to all parts of London, with each franchise owner having successfully developed their own business replicating the proven system of quality and affordable cleaning."
