Kingsmaid welcomes three new franchisees to its network

Domestic and Commercial cleaning service Kingsmaid now has 22 franchises operating in its network, after the addition of three new franchisees, Tony Whittam from Blackburn and Burnley, Jason Oliver from Buckinghamshire and Sharon Covus from Cornwall.

Tony previously worked in IT for 19 years and decided to invest in a franchise because 'Kingsmaid offered a fabulous opportunity, a realistic proposition, excellent support and proven methodology.'

While Jason worked for 10 years in a plastic moulding company and as a postman for four years before deciding he wanted to invest in the Kingsmaid opportunity. He said: 'Kingsmaid franchises are a great set-up and really professionally organised, I had always wanted to become my own boss but never thought it was possible. The support Kingsmaid offers is continually available throughout my contract which gives me and all the franchisees the backup they need.'

Sharon decided to leave her job in the legal profession to become a stay-at-home mum because she wanted to see her children more. She said: 'Running the Kingsmaid franchise enables me to manage my own business but in a flexible way and on my own terms.'

Kingsmaid was established in Manchester in 2003 and began franchising its business model in 2006. Kingsmaid's Director Sharron Davis said: 'The business has enjoyed tremendous growth over the last year. As a young and dynamic franchise business, its franchisees have the opportunity to benefit from the company's experience and vision and grow with it. Kingsmaid is always looking for more hard-working franchisees with a passion for running their own businesses to become part of its network.'
