Medics on the Move seeks franchisees

Property services franchise Medics on the Move seeks new franchisees to aid its nationwide expansion. Prospective franchisees require excellent customer service skills; need to be well organised and practical. A background in the property industry is not necessary as full training is provided.

Medics on the Move was established in 2003 by Carole Stubbs and Vickie Knighton who began franchising their successful business model in 2004. Originally the company was designed to help medical professionals move house but now helps a range of professionals including lawyers and accountants.

Carole says: 'Imagine being a doctor about to start a new job at the other end of the country but with nowhere to live and no time to look. Medics on the Move can help with every aspect of their home move, saving them time and alleviating stress. In short, the company takes care of everything clients don't have time to do.'

The franchise has low overheads as it can be run from home. The franchise package includes everything needed to start up the business including support and training. Franchisees will gain a recognised qualification as part of the package, a Level 2 BTEC in Letting and Management, from the Guild of Letting and Management.
