Northwood welcomes new recruits

Sales, lettings and mortgages franchise Northwood has welcomed a number of new members to its head office franchise team.

Ella Dickins has taken on the role of Senior Training Manager, and Sally Winkley, who worked for two years in the Northwood Portsmouth store, will provide franchise telephone support. Graham Holden, Edinburgh franchisee, has now retired from his business but has been retained by Northwood as a consultant to help franchisees make their businesses more profitable.

'Northwood offers three franchises in one,' Nick explained. 'This, coupled with the distinct advantage it has over its competitors with its Platinum Lettings Service, unlimited income potential and sensible working hours, has made the Northwood franchise opportunity unique.'

With a national network of 44 franchises and a further 20 in the pipeline, Northwood's comprehensive screening programme ensures that only the highest calibre people with the attributes and determination to be successful are considered to become franchisees.

By adopting this philosophy, the long-term growth, stability and profitability of the company as a whole is ensured.
