PALI takes on first franchisee

Liverpool based property search franchise PALI (Property & Land Information) has awarded its first franchise to John Mann. Covering the Doncaster area, John's franchise has had a flying start. Since launching in October he has been commissioned to carry out searches for several local solicitors thanks to contacts set up in conjunction with head office.

PALI Director Mike Chapman is delighted with John's progress so far: 'Helping our first franchisee to achieve his goals is proving to be very rewarding. As a new franchisor we're committed to becoming the best property search network in the UK and we feel that John is our ideal ambassador.'

Tony Urwin of Franchise Development Services, whose consultancy developed the PALI franchise system, says: 'This is fantastic news for PALI. I wish Mike and his team every success as they continue to build and support their network.'
