Summary of Operation:
Fast casual dine healthy flame grilled piri piri, similar in style to Nandos.

Ideal Franchise Owner:
Previous management or business ownership experience, excellent people skills, ability to focus and follow systems, strong organisational, leadership and time management skills, high energy levels, passion for quality. As well as a strong customer service mentality, business acumen dedication integrity, initiative and attention to detail. Please note that while previous restaurant experience is preferable, it is not essential.

Training Provided:
Six to eight week hands-on operational training course at a company-owned Piri Fino restaurant. We will provide a practical induction to the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and include CIEH Level 1 and 2 training in food safety, followed by a five-day Franchise Business Management Course covering business development, marketing, management, financial administration and reporting. Finally, Franchise Owners will be provided with up to ten days of Completion Training at their location. Completion Training will provide hands-on business coaching and further develop the Franchise Owner’s staff management, customer service and business management skills.
