Revive! UK won a number of accolades including the prestigious bfa/HSBC sponsored Franchisor the Year Award for Franchise Support, last year.

Operations Director Terry Mullen speaks of the company's outstanding achievements in 2010 and of the continued strength in the partnership with their franchise network.

"It's true that 2010 presented serious challenges at times with the lack of consumer confidence. However, being a service driven business we are fortunate that we are not just reliant on passing customers but have the opportunity to go and get work on a daily basis.

We must have franchise owners who want to deliver outstanding service levels – and to grow their businesses and, over the past 18 months, we have seen that our franchise owners are delivering the Revive! service promise."

Revive!'s progress in 2010 was coupled with the creation of a national cosmetic qualification aimed at establishing a professional standard for the sector. Revive!'s five to watch in 2011 are Dan Normanton (North), Byron Lindsay (South East, pictured right), Huw James (South West – new starter in 2010, pictured top), Russell Hudson (Midlands) and Davie Quinn (Scotland).
