New look for Sliderobes

Fitted-wardrobe franchise Sliderobes has launched a new website, brochure and branding for its showrooms and vehicles, following the results of London-based agency Passionbrand's market research. Those who participated in the survey said they felt the current branding did not reflect the high quality of product, customer care or service.

'Over the last 30 years or so, Sliderobes has played a big part in makeovers in thousands of homes through our franchises in the UK and Ireland,' said Richard McMullan, Sliderobes Managing Director. 'However, when I monitored the customer feedback from Passionbrand's market research it became apparent that the company was not making the most of itself. Worryingly, customers said that the Sliderobes branding did not reflect the quality of its products or its values. So I decided to go back to basics and the company has set about creating a brand that tells people who Sliderobes is and what its values are.

'Thanks to the work that we've done to introduce and implement our stylish new brand, Sliderobes is right on track now. The changes that the company has made provide a firm foundation for expansion into new locations and markets in the coming years.'
