The popular celebrity chef rose to prominence after her family’s Indian restaurant, Brilliant, caught the imagination, and the taste buds, of London’s food critics. Since then she has won the Special Inspiration Award, presented by David Cameron, at the British Curry Awards and even taught Gordon Ramsey a thing or two about authentic Indian cuisine back in 2008.

Now Dipna, who goes primarily by her first name, will be adding authenticity and signature dishes to Spice 2 Go franchise locations across the board. The first of which is her family favourite; Methi Chicken.

Spice 2 Go have recently opened their second location in Cardiff and many more restaurants are expected to follow in the near future.
