The SUBWAY chain - hungry for more locations in shopping centres in the UK and Ireland

The SUBWAY chain, the world's largest submarine sandwich franchise, has more than 500 outlets located in shopping centres worldwide. The chain is keen to drive development in this sector in the UK and Ireland and is exhibiting at this year's British Council of Shopping Centre's Annual Conference and Retail Showcase in Belfast on 31st October to 2nd November. The SUBWAY® chain currently operates successful stores in a number of shopping centres including: The Trafford Centre (Manchester), White Rose Centre (Leeds), St Johns Shopping Centre (Liverpool), and Castlecourt (Belfast).

The chain, which already has over 550 stores in the UK and Ireland, has ambitious plans to open a further 1,500 outlets over the next five years, creating a further 15,000 jobs with an investment of over £150 million.
