Tossed creates special salads for Valentine's Day

Tossed has created two new salads to get customers in the mood for Valentine's Day. The healthy eating café franchise has introduced its Sexy Salmon Love Salad, which is a combination of roast salmon, avocado, chilli, coriander, red onion and cucumber on a base of mixed leaves and tossed with low fat sweet chilli and lime dressing.

For vegetarians, Tossed has created the Aphrodisiac Salad, which is a combination of avocado, vine tomatoes, kidney beans, coriander, red onion and cucumber on a mixed leaf salad base, tossed in a low fat chilli and lime dressing.

Tossed has six healthy eating venues already operating in London and it is looking for potential franchise owners to open sites across the UK. The concept behind Tossed is to create dishes that taste good but which are packed with superfoods and protein, enabling customers to eat healthy, enticing salads as main meals.
