David, who previously worked as a Sales Manager and buyer for his family business, has risen to the challenge of learning a whole new set of practical glazing skills. 'My previous experience was in the bespoke picture framing field, so although I'm used to hands on work, there was a lot to learn,' he says. 'The great thing about 0845 Glassman is that we are a full service glazing operation. Now that the head office team have shared their vast experience with me I can deal with all of my customers' glazing needs, as well as providing the double glazing repair service. That should give me a unique advantage over the established glazing companies in my area.'
