KFC, a USA-based fried chicken fast food chain, is set to open 25 new outlets across Malaysia. KFC Holdings (M) Bhd (KFCH), which owns the KFC Master Franchise rights for Malaysia, is looking to open the new outlets in small towns on the East Coast and East Malaysia. The company has already opened 15 locations in the country this year and is aiming to have 40 locations operating by the end of 2009.
