USA-based car rental franchise Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group Inc. opened 31 new franchises domestically and signed five Master Franchise deals for international territories last year.
The company franchises both its Dollar Rent A Car and Thrifty Car Rental brands. Combined these brands have over 1,550 corporate and franchised locations operating in 81 countries.
Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group Inc. President and CEO Scott Thompson said: “Domestic and international franchise growth is one of the keys to increasing our brands’ visibility worldwide.”
