Following its launch at a recent franchise exhibition, Alex Clark Franchise Lettings is now officially looking for new franchise owners across the UK.

Cheltenham-based entrepreneur Alex Clark has taken his 20 years of property lettings experience to bring a brand new franchise opportunity to the market and reports the response from the public so far has been excellent. According to the company, with the number of properties rented from private landlords tripling in the last 10 years, and the average age for first-time buyers being late thirties, there has never been a better time to get involved in the rental property market.

Clark said: “Launching at the show was fantastic; after the months of planning and paperwork we were finally able to get in front of the public and tell them about, what we believe, to be the best property lettings franchise in the market place today. We're looking for motivated individuals with a passion for business and a strong desire to succeed; during the two days of the show we met some great people and have already had some very positive follow-up meetings.”

The franchise operation is based on Clark’s other business, Alex Clark Lettings, which is one of the largest agencies in the Gloucestershire region and currently looks after 1,000 properties.

Clark added: “We truly believe that the difference between us and others in our industry is that we are genuine experts in our field. My staff and I are drawing on over 20 years of experience of letting properties and we want to pass all of that knowledge on to our franchise owns to make sure they are fully equipped to run sustainable, profitable businesses. Our franchise owners can be sure that whatever questions they have or issues they come across, we’ve seen them and dealt with them before. Our franchise model, recently accepted by the British Franchise Association, is a great way to get into this rapidly expanding sector and we cannot wait to start helping franchise owners across the country build their own successful businesses.”
