Allkare Disaster Restoration has recruited its fifth franchise owner this year.

Richard Barrett is the latest franchise owner to join the brand and his East Riding-based business will cover Hull, York and the surrounding areas.

Barrett previously ran his own building company for 10 years, but when he decided he wanted a change in business direction he saw the insurance building repair market as a good sector to invest in and so decided to buy an Allkare Disaster Restoration franchise.

He said: “I am really excited to acquire the East Riding area of Allkare Disaster Restoration and look forward to getting started in this great opportunity.
