The data was collected by the ADP National Franchise Report, which measures monthly data changes in franchise employment derived from ADP’s actual transactional payroll data.
Yildirmaz commented: “Although there was a slowdown in franchise job creation in November compared to October’s report, a year-over-year analysis reveals the rate of employment growth among franchise businesses continues to outpace the national average. In fact, the franchise employment year-over-year growth rate is 2.7 per cent, compared to the national employment growth rate of 1.9 per cent.”
