Property maintenance and refurbishment company, aspect.co.uk, is rolling out a national franchise operation as it plans to expand throughout the UK.
The company has established a strong business in the South East, built on high levels of customer service. A pilot scheme with the first franchise owners will be followed by others throughout the UK over the next year.
Under the tagline ‘one call property care’, aspect.co.uk manages all maintenance issues for domestic properties and commercial premises such as bars, restaurants, offices and business parks. The company offers a 24-hour call out service, 365 days a year.

aspect.co.uk franchises will operate under the successful aspect.co.uk brand and be provided with systems and management support. Guidance will be given by the management team, which has already successfully built the business and understand the key drivers for success in the industry.
