Auditel has recently trained its latest influx of franchise owners who are currently preparing to launch their businesses.
Edward Brewer, Auditel’s Business Development Director, said: “This was a fantastic group of people who conducted due diligence into the white-collar franchise marketplace before deciding to choose Auditel. We were delighted to train these new affiliates from a wide range of backgrounds, all of who bring a wealth of experience and talents to our network.”
Following last year’s nomination in the bfa HSBC Franchisor of the Year Award, Auditel has been selected as finalists, together with five other franchisors, to win the HSBC Franchise Support Award for 2011. This award, which is managed by the British Franchise Association (bfa), is given to the franchisor who stands out as providing exceptional support to their franchise owners, to give them the best possible environment for success.
Brewer added: “We are delighted that recognition of our offering by the industry continues. It gives potential franchise owners confidence to make an informed choice. Applicants recognise the value of our cost and purchase management service in these challenging economic times. In fact, the number of franchise owners in our network has increased by over 190 per cent since 2005 and there are now nearly 200. Our higher earners enjoy an income of over £250,000.”
Until recently, Lester Sharp, one of Auditel’s new franchise owners, was the Operations Director of an engineering company. He was responsible for all aspects of production, purchasing and customer service. Sharp said he joined Auditel because: “It presented a very professional persona. Without exception, its team was the type of people I was interested in being associated with. The added benefit was that it came with a business opportunity that met my financial aspirations. The training was managed in a truly professional manner, courteous and polite and the days were full and enjoyable.”
Brewer said: “The Auditel approach to its network of franchise owners has always been to go that extra mile. We constantly strive to provide unrivalled levels of training and support, the most extensive knowledge bank in our industry, and state-of-the-art marketing activities. We believe that this is a company which fosters trust and lays the foundations for each of our franchise owners to succeed.”
