Auditel signed up its 200th franchise owner, John and Denise Wilson, last month.

Until recently Mr Wilson was a Senior Sales Manager for a company specialising in the defence industry. Mrs Wilson had worked in risk management for an investment company, she said: “John and I wanted to start our own business, through a franchise.

“We considered various formats and thought the cost management worked best for us. From our first meeting with Auditel, we were impressed with the team, the information we were given, how our questions were answered and the support we received.”

Mr Wilson was impressed with the training the couple received, he said: “It was professional, engaging and confidence inspiring. I had high expectations and those expectations were exceeded every day. I am really keen to get going.”

Auditel has had further success this year. In addition to being finalists in the Franchise Marketing Awards for Best Franchisee Marketing Support and Best Website, it was also nominated as a finalist in the HSBC Franchisee Support Award. This award, which is sponsored by the British Franchise Association (bfa), is given to the franchisor providing an exceptional foundation to their franchise owners and the best possible environment for success.
