Auditel has created a Business Coach role to ensure that its franchise owners are provided with the best possible training. Experienced business coach Matt Sidwell (pictured) has been recruited to this new position, which will involve him overseeing the coaching of the company’s franchise owners.

Matt’s experience over the past 17 years has been in high level and challenging environments with business owners, from sole traders to multi-million pound companies and the professional services sector. He has provided solutions to hundreds of organisations including strategic planning, risk management, sales training, marketing strategies and team development work.

Chris Allison, Managing Director of Auditel, said: “We are delighted to welcome Matt to our head office team as Business Coach to our Affiliates. He is very aware that Auditel is the market leader in cost and purchase management and looks forward to adding his breadth of management and coaching experience to strengthen further our position in the industry.”

Sidwell added: “I am really looking forward to joining Auditel. I will be working with the franchise owners to help identify their strengths and manage their weaknesses and to set achievable goals. My role is to help our Affiliates realise their full potential and maximise the business opportunities this exciting profession offers.”

Allison continued: “Having known Matt for a number of years and what he had achieved in his own business in a very similar market to us, I have no doubt that his expertise will help us achieve our ambitious five year plan of expansion.”
