The latest customer satisfaction audit carried out by Autosheen has found that 99.5 per cent of customers are happy with the service they receive from Autosheen franchise owners.
Based on over 200 responses, customers rated Autosheen franchise owners at ‘Good to Excellent’ for Quality of Workmanship (99.5 per cent), Operator Helpfulness (99.5 per cent) and Value for Money (99.1 per cent), with 99.5 per cent of customers saying they would recommend the service to others.
Commenting on the results, Paul Fennell, Managing Director of Autosheen, said: “Any company would be delighted to achieve feedback like this from their customers. We’re absolutely delighted, although not surprised – after all, the vast majority of our franchise owners’ new business referrals come from word of mouth recommendations from existing Autosheen customers who use our services on a regular basis.”
