Mexican-themed restaurant franchise, Baja Fresh Mexican Grill, has opened its first location in Singapore.

The new location is outfitted in a contemporary, intimate décor and it caters to both dine-in visitors and those wanting to takeaway.

Baja Fresh Mexican Grill is a US-based restaurant chain that offers a range of tacos, burritos, salads, and fajitas, all of which feature fresh ingredients that are full of flavour.

The Singapore location is owned and operated by Shobha Manglani, of Gloria Foods Pte, Ltd, who has bought the Baja Fresh Mexican Grill Area Development rights for Singapore.

Manglani said: “We are excited to bring a truly unique experience to the diners in Singapore, as a concept like this has never been done on the island. We believe that this well established world class American brand will be a hit with the customers here because of Baja Fresh’s focus on healthy, fresh, tasteful food at great prices.”
