BCR Associates has successfully upgraded its British Franchise Association (bfa) membership to an Associate Member.
The company, which launched its franchise in 2009 and provides a cost reduction advice service for small and medium sized businesses, has until now been a Provisional Member of the bfa. Provisional membership is available to businesses with a track record of at least one year, but which are new to or in the process of developing a franchised business. In order to progress to become an Associate Member, BCR Associates had to meet the stringent criteria required by the bfa.
Phil Gaffer, Recruitment Manager for BCR Associates, said: “Operating with integrity and demonstrating an ethical approach to business forms the foundation to the whole BCR Associates proposition. From the outset, we have always been keen to demonstrate our allegiance to, and compliance with the values of the regulatory body for franchising in the UK and we are proud to announce our revised status as an Associate Member of the British Franchise Association. The growth of our franchise network – we currently have seven offices – will always be dependent upon franchise prospects feeling 100 per cent satisfied that the BCR Associates offering represents a highly credible and proven franchise opportunity, and the British Franchise Association endorsement is the best route to achieving this level of reassurance.”
