BCR Associates has made two key new appointments to strengthen its head office franchise support team.

Julian Zacharias (pictured) has joined the cost reduction franchise to fulfil its newly created role of Energy Services Manager. Zacharias’ core responsibility is to work with both new and existing franchise owners to provide dedicated training in relation to the provision of energy related services to BCR Associates’ clients. Zacharias, who has an impressive track record in the utilities sector (having most recently been employed by Total Gas & Power – a member of the BCR Associates supply network), will also draw upon his knowledge of the industry sector to improve franchise owners’ ability to provide bespoke energy solutions to meet the needs of the BCR Associates customer base.

BCR Associated has also welcomed Sarah Revell to its team. Revell has taken up a second newly created position and will operate under the title of Online Marketing Coordinator. Revell will work alongside Marketing Executive Rachel Spiller to maximise BCR Associates’ online presence and exploit all digital marketing opportunities.
