Chief Executive Mike Goddard looks back on a successful 2005, which saw the Belvoir Group grow by nearly 40 per cent. 'The lettings market continues to expand as the Government recognises the importance of the Private Rental Sector in providing an affordable housing solution to an increasingly mobile workforce. I can see no let up in this situation, indeed the Government has predicted an increase in the number of let properties from the current 2.3 million to over 3.5 million in the next few years.'

In 2006 Belvoir will rapidly pass the 100 offices mark and to achieve this it is looking for high quality franchisees throughout the UK with or without previous lettings experience.
