Having been formed in 1966, Interim Helathcare Inc. are the most established US care franchisor and currently have over 300 franchised offices throughout the US.

The senior management of Bluebird Care, Paul Tarsey, Simon Dalziel and Lisa Tarsey will remain with the Company, which will enable Bluebird Care to continue to execute its continued growth strategy in the UK. The business will continue to be run from its Head Office in Petersfield, Hampshire.
