Paul Lister, a founding partner of British Blinds, believes this will give customers added value.
'By taking our blinds to the customer we add a personal touch and enable them to handle the products and see them in situ before making a purchase,' he explains. 'We're therefore looking to partner with committed and focused individuals who are friendly and personable. We are recruiting a Franchise Manager to further support franchisees and will shortly be launching our new online shop, which will generate additional leads for franchisees. We are also preparing new collections in order to offer customers more choice, and are working with a marketing company to gain exposure in popular magazines such as Home and Garden. We have tested the market and put together a competitive franchise package.
This is a growing industry and, along with our franchisees, we want the British Blinds franchise network to generate a significant share of those sales.'
