Callswitch Technologies Ltd, formerly TWL Inbound, has re-branded, launched a new website and expanded into new quarters in Swindon. All of these developments have enhanced its business to franchisors and franchise owners.

An Associate of Franchise Development Services, Callswitch Technologies specialises in proving inbound and outbound call services to and from around the world.

Chris Sellers, Director of Callswitch Technologies, said: “As part of our continued success and expansion we have moved to new head quarter premises at Windmill Business Park in Swindon. This brings three regional offices together to further improve business continuity while retaining our regional account management presence.

“In addition we are proud to announce the installation of our IP hosted switch into our network which resides within the Telstra node in Birmingham. We shall be replicating this deployment in our London and Manchester points of presence providing the same level of network resilience with IP services as our customers enjoy with Inbound Services.”

Callswitch Technologies has worked with a number of franchise organisations and as such, has built up a very good understanding of how the franchise marketplace works. They have created a number of telephony packages to suit both franchisors and franchise owners operating within these two very different business models.
