The franchise owner of Caremark Slough and South Buckinghamshire will start providing his care service after receiving his Care Quality Commission (CQC) registration.

Franchise owner of Caremark Slough and South Buckinghamshire Ranjit Dhillon said: "We are absolutely delighted at receiving our registration. We can now start providing a high quality of care to the most vulnerable members of our community.

"Our commitment will be to offer an outcome-based service, enabling people to maintain their independence and dignity by empowerment and encouraging their independence at all times."

Prior to gaining his registration Ranjit had been working hard developing his community care business, which will also provide services in specialist fields including mental health, learning disabilities and physical disabilities. Additionally, Ranjit has been recruiting and training care staff in order to fully prepare for the provision of services to a very diverse community.

"We value our care workers who are our face in the community, and we live in a very culturally diverse community which can bring about all sorts of different challenges, one of which is languages. By recruiting care workers and staff from within this community, we aim to address these issues from the very outset."
