The franchise owner of Caremark (Winchester and Eastleigh) has received a letter of praise from the family of a loved one who the home care team provided care and support to.
The letter singled out four staff members, praising them for their helpful and professional approach and for the customer focused and professional care and support they delivered.
Reflecting on the positive feedback his staff had received, Calum Gray (pictured), franchise owner of Caremark (Winchester and Eastleigh), said “I am very proud of them and all the excellent carers in our team.”
As well as providing a range of care services to vulnerable adults in the area, Caremark (Winchester and Eastleigh) currently participate in Hampshire Country Council’s ‘Take-a Break Scheme’ which provides a sitting service for customers, which allows their family some respite time.
