Franchise owners in the Caremark network have had a boost to their businesses with the company introducing its new live in care service.
Since Friday, Caremark’s network of 70 offices across the UK now offers Habito, the company’s branded specialist live in care service.
Habito incorporates all the care and support a normal home care customer may require such as companionship or personal care but does so on a live in basis. This means a live in care worker will live with the customer in their home seven days a week.
According to Caremark, its franchise owners have received specific training for Habito and continue to receive support from some of the care industry’s most experienced care professionals. Kevin Lewis, CEO of Caremark, said: “Habito is such an exciting move for the company, having been delivering care across the board for the last 23 years while delivering all the traditional services, we can now also claim to be specialists of live in care services.”
One customer who has chosen the Habito care service said: “I have had two live-in carers from Caremark for the last two years. Without them I would never manage my day-to-day living. They are helpful in every way. They are not just my carers, they are part of my family too, and I truly appreciate all that they do for me.”
