Home care provider, Caremark, has added four new territories to its network of franchised offices that extends throughout England and Ireland.

The territories of Bedford, Mole Valley, Reigate & Banstead, and Wakefield are now taken up by newly trained Caremark franchise owners and offices covering these areas will be opening in the next few months, following their registration with the Care Quality Commission.

Caremark provides care and support services to adults, young people and children in need, enabling them to remain living at home as well as supporting them in their activities in the wider community. Last year, the company launched its own bespoke Live-In service under the name of Habito, which provides a realistic and affordable alternative to residential care.

Steady growth through 2011 resulted in the company achieving a 30 per cent growth in its business in spite of the challenging economic climate, with strong interest coming from professionals seeking a change of career or following redundancy from the armed services or healthcare sector.

Patrick Thompson, Franchise Manager at Caremark, said: “We are delighted with the quality and experience of the new franchise owners and feel that the real test is to get the right individuals to represent the brand to the highest possible standards. We are currently speaking to yet more high caliber professionals and have strong expectations for continued expansion through 2012.”
