The latest franchisees have come from across the UK to participate in the two week residential course at Caremark's head office in West Sussex. Managing Director Kevin Lewis (pictured (C) with the new franchisees) says: 'Our training is structured to include every aspect of the Caremark business. It is an intense learning experience that requires dedication and hard work, thus preparing franchise owners for the challenges of running their own business.'
As well as their initial training and ongoing regular support visits franchisees will also benefit from regional quarterly meetings. The last meeting was held in October and focused on many aspects of the business and provided an opportunity to announce Caremark's ISO 9001 accreditation, an internationally recognised award for an organisation's internal quality management procedures.
