Continuing its nationwide expansion, Caremark has recruited franchise owners for its Lancaster and South Lakeland, Plymouth, and Thanet territories.

Following an intensive two-week residential training course, the new franchise owners will be busy preparing their offices while they wait for their registration with the Care Quality Commission.

Alison Livingston, Caremark (Plymouth) reflected on her two weeks of intensive training, she said: “I really enjoyed the course and learning about all the different Policies and Procedures. It was good to meet all the staff at Central Support, as well as the other new franchise owners; there is no better time to start networking. Now I am looking forward to starting my business and becoming the best Home Care Provider in Plymouth and taking Caremark into the South West.”

All new franchise owners undergo a two week training course, which comprehensively covers the delivery of the service and all aspects of business development.

Once registered and trading, the new Caremark franchise owners will provide care and support for adults and older people in their respective areas. The care and support provided will cover a broad range of activities, depending on the customer’s requirements, enabling them to continue living safely at home and experience greater independence.
