USA-based quick-service restaurant franchise Carl's Jr is set to open a minimum of 25 restaurants in Indonesia over the next six years. These restaurants will be opened through a Master Franchise agreement with PT. Fortune Food International, which is part of the Aneka Makmur Sejahtera Group Inc. PT. Fortune Food International has already opened its first Carl's Jr restaurant in Jakarta.

CKE Restaurants, parent company of Carl's Jr, has entered into this Master Franchise agreement with PT. Fortune Food International as part of its plan to expand throughout Asia.
