Tony Wardley has been appointed as a Business Development Manager covering the North of England. Wardley will be responsible for auditing and advising 45 stores and will be working closely with franchise owners to provide strategic and tactical solutions.

Wardely joins Cash Converters with a wealth of commercial brand experience having worked for Winter Hill Leisure Asset Management, Carlsberg UK, Punch Pub Company & American Airlines. Speaking on his appointment, Wardley said: “I am very pleased to be part of the growing core team at Cash Converters; it is a great time to get on board with such a driven ambitious company.

“I bring with me a large amount of experience in harnessing and bringing out the best in those that I work with. Sermon said: “With Tony’s appointment and my recent promotion, Cash Converters has a strong regional business development structure. The number of stores across the UK continues to grow weekly and these strategic changes ensure that all franchise owners get as much support as they need to run a successful business.”

Commenting on the recent appointments, David Patrick, said: “People are at the heart of our business, we recruit highly motivated and enthusiastic staff who share the values of the company.

“Tony joins at a very exciting time for the company, we have experienced double figure percentage growth for the last eight years and this is set to continue. Nathan is a very experienced Business Development Manager who has great relationships with franchise owners across the UK. His new role is integral to the continued growth of the franchise network and further demonstrates our UK number one position.”
