Estate agency and lettings franchise, Century 21, has opened a new franchise office in Archway, North London.

Lesley Sharkey, Operations Director at Century 21, said: “I am delighted to see our expansion in London continues, especially into the North London area where we are now dealing with several enquiries from a mixture of existing agents and new prospective franchise owners.

“Our new franchise owner has operated at a senior level with the UK’s largest corporate estate agency brand and she has extensive experience of estate agency and financial services having worked in, and ran a number of branch offices across London. The office will be open in four weeks and will provide a full range of estate agency, lettings and related service.

“Having converted a number of existing estate agents this year there are clear signs that people are feeling confident about the industry and the combined estate agency and lettings market and want to seize the opportunity to run their own successful business instead of making profits for somebody else.”
