CENTURY 21 Praediis opened its doors at an official launch event held on Thursday May 7 and will provide agency services including sales, lettings, property management, commercial property and much more.
At the launch event, CENTURY 21 Praediis welcomed family, friends, local businesses and dignitaries to celebrate and welcome their launch into the Herne Bay property market.
CENTURY 21 Praediis is owned and run by Gould and Smith Ltd and its owners, Jack Smith and Samuel Gould.
Rob Clifford, Chief Executive of CENTURY 21 UK and Group Commercial Director of Shepherd Direct Group, said: “CENTURY 21 UK offices continue to be opened around the country.
