As the founder of Caremark and a dynamic businessman, Lewis is well known and respected within the care industry and spends much of his time travelling around the country, as well as working closely with his Managing Director and support team at Head Office.

The task of managing his diary and many appointments both in the UK and overseas has now been handed over to his new PA. Nicky Homewood, joins Caremark from a career spent working as an Executive Assistant to senior personnel within the legal industry, the financial sector as well as American Express.

Prior to that Homewood worked extensively as a Recruitment Consultant for the construction industry and the NHS. Homewood will be based at Caremark Limited’s Head Office, assisting Lewis with his day to day commitments and organising his busy diary.

His demanding schedule sees him frequently travelling throughout the UK, liaising with and supporting his growing network of franchise owners.

Away from the demands of work, Ms Homewood enjoys creative pursuits and loves designing gardens, as well as Interior Design, which has seen her re-design two houses, one of which was used as a show-home on a new development.

When not exercising her creative talents, Homewood enjoys relaxing at home with her partner Steve and their two cats Jag and Lilie.
