Car body repair franchise ChipsAway has celebrated a record month with enquiries to repair scratches and scuffs hitting almost 21,000, the highest level in the company’s 18-year history.
ChipsAway credits this success to upping its marketing exposure with a refreshed TV advert and extended summer campaign – running from June to September, which has generated over 50 per cent more leads compared to the last year.
Tim Harris, CEO at ChipsAway, said: “Frugal car owners recognise the value of dealing with minor damage to their cars before it becomes more serious and more expensive to repair. This is a wise move if the car is being prepared for selling on or if the owner needs to keep hold of their vehicle for the time being.”
