CiCi Pizza is restructuring its head office to offer a better level of support to its franchise owners. The USA pizza restaurant franchise created a restructuring plan to enable the brand start its expansion in 2010.

CiCi Pizza CEO, Michael Shumsky, said: "In the last few months, I have had a chance to live every element of the CiCi's Pizza brand. We are launching our vision to maintain the best of our well-known CiCi's culture, to simplify and redesign the organisation an processes to serve our franchise owners and optimise the guest experience. Combined these efforts will position the company for success in 2010 and beyond."
