Franchisees will take advantage of the new £1 billion plus per annum surveying market that is expected to be created by the new Home Information Packs (including Home Condition Reports and Home Buyer Reports), which are to be introduced under Government legislation in June 2007.

With full training, launch and ongoing support provided, franchisees will benefit from Clarke Hillyer's national account relationships supplementing locally generated work from estate agents and solicitors. A total of 250 exclusive territories are on offer, with 17 already placed in the first three weeks since the launch of the opportunity at the SAVA trade exhibition in July (pic above).

'While demand from individual surveyors tired of working for an employer and keen on setting up their own practice has been outstanding, we were amazed by the level of interest from non industry entrepreneurs,' says Chief Executive Rob Ellice. 'The high revenue and high margin nature of surveying makes this an extremely attractive industry in which to operate and, backed by the full support our franchise offers, these entrepreneurs have the confidence to employ their own surveyors and set up a highly profitable practice.'
