A community focused café franchise is looking for franchise owners to fill available territories across the UK.

Originally founded in 2000, Pistachios in the park opened its first location in Manor House Gardens in Lewisham, South London. The cafe helped to rejuvenate the park making it safer, more family orientated and a place parents are happy to take their children to play.

Since launching its franchise concept two years ago, Pistachios in the park has opened locations across London – helping to revive the parks and green spaces in which these new franchises are located.

As well as being community focused, each cafe aims to provide good quality and healthy food options, rather than the normal greasy foods often associated with cafes. The Pistachios in the park menu items include a range of hot and cold freshly prepared organic and/or free range food and beverages, including sandwiches, baguettes, kids beans on toast, scrambled eggs, crepes, cakes, handmade ice cream, and smoothies.

The Pistachios in the park franchise model does not require franchise owners to have any previous catering or retail experience, as full training and support will be provided. Some requirements candidates will need to fulfil include: being physically fit; good with people and enjoy working with children; self-motivated; have a desire to own their own business; able to follow instructions; have an attention to detail; can manage people; presentable; have a full, clean driving licence; and should never have been declared bankrupt or have CCJ’s.
