A comprehensive community website is shaking up the franchise industry having recruited 64 franchisees in just two months with a further 250 planned over the next nine months.
The Best Of enables people with no prior knowledge of websites or advertising sales to own a business providing a local service to their communities and to earn a substantial income from it.
Founder and Managing Director, Nigel Botterill, says: 'We know that the local formula works and works very well. Over the past two years we have built a network of more than 700 local community magazines, each one published by a work-from-home entrepreneur. The introduction of a website business servicing local communities is a natural extension of the magazine network.
'The Best Of franchise model offers high earning potential for franchisees. First year earnings will be in excess of £20,000 and top performers will easily double that.'
One of the first people to buy a franchise was David Heath from Leicester who runs two sites for North and South Leicester. 'I was sold on The Best Of concept as soon as I heard about it,' he comments. 'It has enormous earning potential both in the short and long term and I'm very pleased with my progress over the first few weeks.
'This business is perfect for me as it not only gives me a very good income but also allows me the flexibility to spend time with my family and to follow other ambitions. I run two sites currently but I am already planning to set up more.'
