Belvoir franchise owner, Steve Slawson, has expanded his Worcester-based business by purchasing Belvoir Hereford as a resale.
Slawson said: “Belvoir Hereford is about a 40-minute drive from my Worchester office, but the girls who work there do a fantastic job and so I currently spend about one-third of my time in Hereford and the rest in Worchester. The resale went smoothly, but the franchise support team at Belvoir’s Central Office were incredibly helpful – I don’t think I could have done this without them.”
Slawson’s latest business development comes just 18 months after he acquired the lettings portfolio of a local estate agent, gaining a significant number of extra properties overnight. Belvoir officially recognised Slawson’s achievements in 2010 when he won the Belvoir Acquisition Award for the most successful acquisition of a competitor.
