Rachel says: 'I visit Costa Coffee at Tibshelf every time I head down the M1. The queues can be quite long but the difference that Annette made to the service that Saturday morning was amazing. As well as being polite and friendly, she was super efficient, multi-tasking to deliver a brilliant service at lightning speed.'
Established in 1999 by Derek Williams, The WOW! Awards provide a way for customers to recognise and thank good customer service. Other companies that use the award scheme include easyjet, Richer Sounds, Haringey Council, Ladbrokes and Friends Provident.
