Global pizza delivery franchise Domino’s Pizza has continued its expansion in India with the opening of a new outlet in Ahmedabad.

The new outlet is located at the Wide Angle Multiplex and was launched by Jubilant Foodworks Limited, which owns the Domino’s Pizza Master Franchise for India.

Ajay Kaul, CEO for Jubilant Foodworks Limited, said: “Domino’s Pizza is doing very well across the country and in Ahmedabad as well; for us Gujarat as a state holds out great potential in future. Our expansion in the region is in consonance with our strategy of maintaining the leadership position in organised pizza category.”

Harneet Singh Rajpal, Vice President Marketing for Domino’s Pizza India, said: “Domino’s Pizza is very well accepted in India. Ahmedabad particularly has always been a favourable market for Domino’s and we are happy to launch the outlet in a new location in the city, making our pizzas more accessible to the customers.”

Domino’s Pizza is a US-based company that has successful expanded its franchise into countries and territories worldwide, making it one of the world’s most known pizza franchise brands.
